Spire to Exhibit at SNEC PV Power Expo 2009 in Shanghai, China
BEDFORD, MA — May 4, 2009 — Spire Corporation (Nasdaq: SPIR), a global solar company providing turnkey solar factories and capital equipment to manufacture photovoltaic modules and cells worldwide, today announced that members of its senior management will attend the SNEC 3rd (2009) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference and Exhibition from May 6th to 8th, 2009 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, located in the Pudong District, Shanghai, China.
Spire will introduce its “Come to America” program at the SNEC PV Power Expo in Hall E5, Booth T536B. This will help companies take advantage of the large tax credits provided by the United States (US) Government for setting up module plants in the US.
